You'll be given proper warm up routines to stay injury free AND a sprint technique tutorial video, so you feel completely confident from DAY 1!
Sprint and Stairs sessions will take you outside, for sessions that boost your metabolism, burn an insane amount of calories, and build a TON of strength in your legs & glutes.
The Full Body and Upper Body workouts are follow-along video that includes your warm up, so you literally just have to press play to start moving.
