How It Works

The Elite Summer Shred challenge begins July 20th.

Each week you'll get access to 4 workouts:

Plus a weekly mobility session to support recovery!

These workouts are designed to lean out your entire body, maintain muscle, and build up your endurance.

If you've never done sprint training before — not to worry! We start light and build up over the course of the 6 weeks.

You'll be given proper warm up routines to stay injury free AND a sprint technique tutorial video, so you feel completely confident from DAY 1!

Sprint and Stairs sessions will take you outside, for sessions that boost your metabolism, burn an insane amount of calories, and build a TON of strength in your legs & glutes.

The Full Body and Upper Body workouts are follow-along video that includes your warm up, so you literally just have to press play to start moving.

The Summer Shred is NOT your typical fitness challenge — it's a unique, powerful way of training that WILL push you to your limits…

When does the challenge start? +
The challenge kicks off July 20th and runs for 6 weeks. You'll get all the materials the weekend before so you can hit the ground running.
What equipment do I need? +
Only minimal equipment is required for the Elite Summer Shred. However, because this is a challenge that incorporates outdoor workouts, you will need access to:
✓ Dumbbells (the more the merrier) ✓ Booty Bands ✓ Long Resistance Band ✓ Yoga Mat ✓ Bench / Box / Low Table (anything to stand on) ✓ A field to sprint on ✓ A set of stairs to run on
How long are the workouts? +
The workouts will range from 30-50 minutes long including the warm up and cool down. For the sprint & plyometric workouts, there will be about a 15 minute warm up, and the workout itself will be less than 30 minutes.
I'm a beginner — is this for me? +
This challenge is open to people of all levels, experiences and capabilities! As your coach, I will always offer modifications for challenging movements, and am there to encourage you and push you forward with each workout.
We also have our exclusive Born to Sweat community where you can ask questions, request modifications, and brag about your workout wins!
How do I enter the $500 transformation prize? +
Take before photos at the start and submit your transformation at the end of the 6 weeks. Full details will be shared with all participants.
Can I cancel my membership anytime? +
If you sign up for the monthly plan you can cancel anytime directly from the app or website. If you cancel anytime during your 7-day free trial, you won't be charged.
What if I don't have access to a set of stairs? +
Many members have completed the Elite Summer Shred without a set of stairs. My recommendation is to repeat the previous weeks Strength or Sprint workout, or if you have access to one, combining the Stairmaster with the programmed glute exercises.
Don't give up on your search for stairs though! You'd be surprised at how many there are around your city (I suggest searching your neighbourhood for stadiums, arenas, or parks).
