Every week, you'll have 5 workouts to complete that you can do all from home and in LESS than 40 minutes a day…

Every single session comes complete with a follow-along video that includes your warm up, so you literally just have to press play to start moving.

We'll be following a progressive overload plan to maximize your results and to actually build muscle. This is why in Weeks 4–6 you will be repeating the workouts from Week 1–3.

Q&A

The challenge kicks off May 25th and runs for 6 weeks. You'll get all the materials the weekend before so you can hit the ground running.
Minimal equipment — a range of dumbbells (suggested 5–30 lbs or more), a yoga mat, bench, step and bands. All workouts can be done from home.
All workouts are under 40 minutes including the warm up. Most are 35–38 minutes.
If you are an absolute beginner, we suggest getting in at least 3–6 months of training experience before starting on the platform. Beverley always provides form cues, modifications for challenging exercises, and encourages you to go at your own pace.
Take before photos at the start and submit your transformation at the end of the 6 weeks. Full details will be shared with all participants.
