Do I need to go to a gym?
Nope. All these workouts are designed to be done at home, using minimal equipment. You can take these to the gym if you prefer.
What equipment do I need?
A selection of dumbbells (suggested 10–25 lbs), resistance bands, a bench, a mat and a step (optional).
What if I miss a day?
All workouts are recorded and available on demand, so you can catch up at your own pace. Consistency over perfection.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes! Week 1 eases you in with slower sculpt sessions. Beverley progresses difficulty week by week so your body adapts.
